Lawn Tennis : The school has a lush green court and a cemented court for lawn tennis. To train the students, we have a trained and experienced coach.

Cricket : For training the students for cricket as it is the passion for all the Indians, There is a Cricket pitch where the students can practice under the guidance of trained coach.

Basket Ball : Basket Ball helps to burn calories. It helps to develops concentration and self discipline and also builds bone strength. Basketball is a fast moving game that involves a lot of variety, including shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, defense and much more. Spatial awareness knows where body is in space and time. Basket Ball helps to reduce stress and boosts the immune system and also enhances confidence.

Skating : Skating provides you with fluid motion that keeps you from damaging your joints, helping you enjoy movement similar to running to or dancing without the harsh impact. Roller skating is equivalent to jogging in terms of health benefits and caloric consumption, reduction of body fat, and leg strength development. Roller skating helps improve balance with the strength of abdominal and lower-back muscles, since you must maintain a steady core to stay upright. Swimming : Besides cricket, there are other various games like Swimming. There are two separate pools for senior and junior students.

Volley ball : The school has a green volley ball ground for the students.

Horse Riding : Horse back riding really works the core muscles that stabilize the trunk: the abdominal, back, and pelvic muscles. However, it’s not just about the strength of the core, but the coordination and stability of it as well. The more you ride, the more the body learns to move with the horse. There are many movements that need to happen simultaneously while riding for the horse to be properly guided- this is what coordination consists of. Riding is not the only way this activity gives the body a workout.

Kickboxing : Kick boxing tones your upper & lower body through punching and kicking the bag. You will feel stronger each time you go. It helps to increase flexibility.

Badminton : When you play badminton the muscles of the body will alternately contract and relax in a very short space of time. Badminton improves the cardio-pulmonary function so the body sweats naturally. Badminton is a sport that emphasizes skill and agility over brute strength. To have skin that has a natural glow and elasticity the body’s ability to de-toxify must be increased. Some players say “Badminton is the most direct kind of skin care” because playing will quickly make a player sweat heavily. No matter if playing as singles or doubles, badminton is a sport that requires a partner(s). Also, as it requires that a court be booked in advance, players are less likely to find an excuse not to engage in regular exercise.

Judo Karate : Karate and judo are martial arts of Japanese origin. Both have distinct characteristics. While Judo is what could be called a soft martial art mainly involving body maneuvers against an opponent, karate can be termed as a hard martial art where blows are landed on an opponent’s body.

Track events : There are also track events for the students including long jump, high jump, shot put etc..
